SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We do ship all over Norway, but are working on expanding the range in the future. The cost of shipping might change over time due to change of distributor and price fluxuations, this is especially high during Covid pandemic. You will be able to see your shipping price at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can only be done after agreement through contact with us.
You have the right of complaint that applies in the case of damage or product being incomplete on arrival. In these cases contact us within 30 days from your purchase, give us you information about the product. The product will be examined upon arrival back to us. In these cases you might get to choose to exchange the product or get a refund from your purchase.
This does not cover damaged caused by shipping. In this case, take contact with shipping company.
You also have the right of cancellation 30 days after purchase. If you choose to use this right, the product have to be unused and sent back in the original packaging within 14 days from our agreement date. After this you will be refunded same amount as you payed for the product. In these cases we do not cover the shipment on return.
It is your local PostNord Pickup-point who is responsible for sending out notification. Orders ordered online which is not picked up, or refused receivement won't be covered retuned shipping on. PostNord will send out a new notification if you forget to pick up a package. If you still don't pick up the package before the date which is set, it wil be sent back to us. For not picked up or not payed packages you will get an additional fee at 250 kr, to cover our cost we have in correlation with the package. Not received packages is not covered by the right of cancellation.
