Cook up one of Japan's favourite Chinese delicacies with House's Mabo Mild Hot Tofu Sauce.
It is said that the women who first created this dish had freckles on their faces.
The dish was therefore named 'mabo', combining the Chinese words for 'freckled', or alternatively for 'hot and spicy' ('ma') and 'aunt' or 'grandma' ('bo'). This mabo tofu sauce contains plenty of chilli, pepper, and other spices for a particularly fiery feed.
