・Udon noodles are thick white noodles made from wheat and noted for their fine, palatable and smooth taste.

・With added salt and water and the absence of egg, udon noodles are generally whiter and softer in texture than other noodles.

☆Ingredients☆

WHEAT Flour, Salt, Sugar, BONITO Powder, SOYBEAN Sauce, SEAWEED Powder, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Acidulants, Caramel Coloring (E150a), pH Adjusters.

☆How to☆

Cook fresh udon noodles in a similar way to fresh pasta.
• Add the udon noodles to a poy of 250ml boiling water.
• Once boiling add the packet of soup.
• Serve in a bowl of and top with your favourite meat and vegetables such as spring onion, egg or fish paste.
• Can also be added straight to stir-fries.
