If you cannot get enough kimchi (or kimchee) into your life, this is the industrial-sized bottle of sauce for you! This 1.2kg bottle of sauce is all you will need (apart from fresh vegetables, of course) to make great-tasting kimchi for yourself. Alternatively, dilute this sauce and use to marinate fish or vegetables, or as a spicy, almost salsa-like dip.

 

 

To make kimchi from scratch:
Cut fresh vegetables (1/4 Chinese cabbage or 5-7 cucumbers) into slices.
Place into a bowl and pour 150-200g kimchi sauce over vegetables.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (lightly pickled) or 12 hours for full-pickle before serving.
